The tennis club is delighted to offer our junior members the opportunity to play in a JUNIOR SINGLE LEAGUE.
The planned start date is the 16th of this month.
Players will be required to play one match every 2 weeks.
Entry deadline- Thursday 14th December 6pm.

Rules-
Planned start date - 16 December. Entry fee. £10
1. Must be able to rally/ keep score.
2. Absolutely must commit to the event as other players will lose out on matches if a player becomes unavailable.
3. Bookings for matches are strictly limited to a 1 hour booking. Bookings cannot be made after 7pm.
4. Format is a shorter match. Start each set at 2/2. Tie break at 6/6 is first to 7 by 2 clear. One set all is decided by a championship tie break- first to 10 by 2 clear. There is short Deuce (returner choses side).
5. Each round of matches must be played within 2 weeks.
6. If a match is unplayed a walkover will be awarded to the player who initiated contact regarding getting the match played.
7. Some of the younger children may need help from parents to keep score.
8. Players will be allocated "House's ". This will be done by lucky dip. Each player contributes to their house score with a point for each game they win. E.G. a score of 6/4 6/3. Will award one player 12 points for their house and the other player 7 points. A championship tie break counts as 1 game.
9.Players must bring their own tennis balls.
10. Results must be submitted promptly to Matthew.
11. Entries must include a parents contact number for the purpose of organising matches
