With so many new members in the club the Committee would like to highlight a couple of issues that have arisen over the last few weeks.
FLOODLIGHTS TO BE TURNED OFF AFTER USE
Please be clear that if you are playing on a court using floodlights it is your responsibility to make sure the lights are turned off after your match. If they are on when you arrive it is still your responsibility to turn them off when you are leaving.
Also lights cost £4 per court per hour or per match.
Please leave money in the red box on the wall inside the clubhouse.
SCHOOL PRIORITY ON COURTS 1-3
As part of our lease agreement with ERGS, the School have always had and continue to have frst priority on courts 1-3 on any school day. While they will usually block book courts online in advance, please be aware that should they require courts at short notice that they are entitled to same whether or not a member has booked the court. While this is rarely an issue it is important that memebers cede priority to the school if required from 9am-3:30pm on any school day.
This notice is to help avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
