As previously notified, we are now closing off access to members whose subsciptions are now overdue.
If you are in receipt of this email then we currently have no record of a payment by you. If this email crosses with a recent payment then please ignore this email.
However, if you are not renewing then please reply to this email so that we can quickly remove you from our email chasers and newsletters.
If you still intend renewing then please let us know by return email so that we can hold off on transferring your membership to inactive.
Any members who have not paid or contacted the club will be transferred to inactive on Saturday 9th May. Inactive members will no longer receive communications from the club and will no longer have access to the courts.
I trust you understand our need to close out memberships renewals so that the committee can better concentrate its resources and focus on other areas of need at the club.
