Some specifics

• Please park in the Collegiate Car Park at the back of court 4
• Players to ensure their captain knows their score before leaving
• All games in the 7:00pm match to be completed by 8:30pm - If not completed see rule 2 attached re sharing of unplayed games
• SHORT DUECE to apply in all games

Substitute Rules
Please note that it is the player's own responsibility to arrange a substitute if he or she cannot play on any individual night.
Players are reminded that in line with Rule 7 if you use a substitute at a level lower than their stated standard your team will incur a penalty.
Captains are asked to strictly enforce this rule

which commences on Monday 2nd February.
Blank score sheets will be available on the noticeboard each week.

Entry to this years League is £15 per person. Please bring your entry fee on your first night and pay to your captain. People sharing slots only pay £7.50 each. Subs are free.

WE WOULD ASK PLAYERS TO BE UNDERSTANDING WITH THE GRADINGS / PLACEMENTS AS THERE IS LESS AND LESS BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT GRADES AND IT IS ONLY FAIR TO SHARE THE OPPORTUNITY ACROSS THESE GRADES TO MORE PLAYERS THAN WAS MAYBE PREVIOUSLY THE CASE. ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR GRADE IN THIS LEAGUE IS NOT FIXED FOR FUTURE LEAGUES.

Captain's Duties

1. The captains will be in touch by text/Whatsapp with team members before the first match to confirm everyone has a copy of their schedule. (Not all members see their emails so a text from the captain is crucial)
2. Can the captains please send a picture of their scoresheet to the Team Captains Whatsapp group after each match.
3. Balls will be available to the captains at the first match. Please dry them and bring them to each of your home games
4. Collect £15/£7.50 (shared slots) from each of your team and once complete leave in an envelope in red box on clubhouse wall.

Results
Results will be posted on the facebook account and on the clubhouse
notice board. The committee will update the substitutes list as new subs become available.
