As you will now be aware, all players wishing to play must book a court through the online booking system and check in at the court using Smartphone Check In.
Note : It is possible for Player A to select Player B for online booking and Check In without Player B having to get involved online.
Please find attached a series of Screen Shots which may help any people not familiar with the process to navigate their way through.

Things to Note
Sign-on, Username & Password.
The website for signing in is the Court Booking Option on the main Tenniskillen website
Ie https://eltc.mycourts.co.uk/bookings.asp
You will need your online Username and Password to access the booking system.
If it is only your password that you can’t remember select “Forgotten Password” and follow the instructions.
If it is both username and password please text Mark and he will send you an email with your username and a new password.
Privacy Settings
Once you have logged in for the first time you will need to set your privacy settings to “allow your name appear in the booking sheets”
Finally, please also add your emergency contact details on the privacy settings screen (lower down)
Unless you change your setting to allow name to appear on booking sheets you will unfortunately not be able to play at this point.
Again, if you are struggling with this please text Mark (07920057426) with your permission to allow your name and also your emergency contact and phone number.
Name not on booking sheets
If you are struggling to access the booking system this may be because your membership has not yet gone through or your privacy settings need to be changed.
Please contact Mark to help resolve.
Booking Limits
Members can book up to 4 consecutive 30 min slots.
To try and give everybody the chance to play, we would ask that you only book the time you expect to require. Eg if you can complete a singles match in 90 mins only book the 90 minutes?.
