Tennis Emails - Check on hotmail

Hi Nicolette
Mark Cousins from the tennis club here. I have set yourself and Patrick up as members and sent you a logon to our court booking system.
Once you sign on you can check the "newsletter" section of the court booking system which will show you the previous emails sent out to all club members over the last year.

Hotmail email users
The tennis club has found that emails sent to hotmail users tend to end up in spam/junk.
As a correction to this we ask our hotmail account users to take the following steps on their hotmail setup.

If you found this email in your normal inbox then no action is required but could you text me on 07920057426 to confirm all is ok.

If you have found this in your spam/junk folder please follow the below steps.

Mark the message as "not junk/spam" and "add to safe senders"
Also add "eltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your email address book or "allowed list/safe senders".

Once done send me a text and I will resend this email as a test.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "eltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from eltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Enniskillen Lawn Tennis Club <eltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Enniskillen Lawn Tennis Club <eltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from eltc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
